1. What does my certificate entitle me to? Your certificate entitles you to three days two nights paid for accommodations in your choice of any of our 20 exciting resort locations. You may choose up to 4 separate locations and you will receive 3 days/2 nights lodging at each resort location. You may visit each location only one time on this special offer, and you may only redeem 1 offer per family every 30 days. Use of the vacation is permitted year round. If you choose to travel on the weekend, during a special event or during the week before or after a major holiday a small surcharge may apply. The certificate is valid for two adults 21 years of age or older. If you require special reservations such as extended nights, room upgrades or you would like to bring your children or a friend we will happily work to accommodate your needs. 2. Do I pay for anything to take advantage of the vacation offer? You must pay $10 per location chosen to cover the costs associated with registering your certificate. Remember you may choose up to 4 separate locations with free accommodations at each location. You are also responsible for the room tax, meals, and any incidental charges. (Phone calls, room service, movies, etc...) 3. What hotel will I be staying at? It will depend on what time of year you will be traveling. You will be staying in a clean mid-range hotel (mid-range is determined by AAA standards.) The hotel's are not in the business of giving away free rooms, but they hope you enjoy your stay and return to them in the future. 4. What if I am not happy with the hotel that I am booked at? We require each client to submit their reservation voucher 45 days before their intended travel dates. You will receive confirmation of where you will be staying several weeks before you depart. If at this time you do not want to stay at the hotel we have chosen, we will happily refund your $10 registration fee. We want you to be pleased with our vacation offer and we will make every effort to accommodate your specific needs. Yes, you may bring your children. If a rollaway bed or crib is needed, the hotel may charge a small surcharge. 6. If I need additional nights added to my free stay, can this be arranged? Yes, when the hotel booking agency contacts you to confirm your hotel reservations you can ask them to extend your nights, upgrade your room or handle any special requests you might have.
8. What do I do with the vacation request forms after I receive them from your office? Once you receive the vacation request forms, you will hold on to them until 45 days before you are ready to travel. Then fill out the vacation request forms and mail them to the address listed on the form. Within a few weeks you will be contacted by phone or mail to confirm your hotel reservations. No, you will be staying at a hotel. About 10% of the customers who utilize the vacation will be contacted about visiting a time share. If you decline to visit the time share, you will still receive your free 3 day/2 night hotel stay. You are in no way required to visit any time share, but if you do, you will receive gifts, extended nights, or even some cash as a bonus for visiting. 10. How long do I have to use my vacation request forms? The vacation request forms are valid for one year from the date we issue them to you. The funbook is your guide to many of the newest and hottest attractions. Each funbook contains over $900 in free, 2 for 1, and discount offers. Each funbook contains a variety of offers including theme parks, dinner shows, golf, casino gambling incentives, dining and much more. The entire funbook is available for only $9.95. We currently have funbooks available for these resort areas: Anaheim CA, Branson MO, Hawaii, Las Vegas NV, Orlando FL, Reno/Tahoe NV. |
