I've heard of "free vacations", but there's
always a catch. What's the real deal here?
This is the one we hear the most. The simple answer is that most
hotels operate with a known vacancy rate. By partnering with us,
the hotel resorts are minimizing their vacancies in order to reach
their desired goal of full occupancy. Rather than leaving rooms
vacant, they would prefer to offer a free room, allowing you to
experience their hospitality, restaurants, shops and other conveniences,
with the hope that you'll extend your stay for more nights, that
you'll refer your friends, and that you'll be a repeat customer.
What does the hotel certificate include?
The hotel certificate includes 3 days and 2 nights of hotel accommodations
at the recipient's choice of any one of 60 popular destinations
throughout America, Canada and Mexico. Transportation, room taxes,
meals, and any other incidental expenses incurred while on vacation
are not included.
Why do you require a $50 deposit?
Hotels plan their occupancy and make every attempt to fill the
available rooms. When you commit to occupying a room for 2 nights,
the $50 simply guarantees the reservation and the hotel is then
committed to holding your room for you. The deposit will be refunded
to you upon check-in at the resort property.
Why do you charge for fulfillment and
processing?
Your vacation is valued at over $175, The fulfillment and processing
fee helps to offset the actual costs of providing you with your
certificate and costs that will be incurred throughout the reservation
process.
I would like additional night at the
property and can I bring my children?
Your certificate is valid for two adults, 21 years of age or older.
Up to two children under the age of 18 may stay in their parent's
room for $5 per child, per night. If you need additional nights
or have a special request your booking agent will work with you
to satisfy all of your vacation needs.
What
do I get when I send in my money for the $500
Las Vegas funbook?
You will receive well over $500 in free, two-for-one and discount
offers for chips, meals, shows, attractions, entertainment and
even cash to use at the casinos. The offers will be from many
of Las Vegas's best know merchants. They want to give you something
just for stopping by. They hope you enjoy their offer and that
maybe you will consider returning to them in the future.
What
does my Dream Vacation include?
You and up to 3 guests will receive a one bedroom condominium
for seven nights and eight days. You will enjoy luxury accomodations
at any of our over 1000 world wide locations. Your condominium
vacation has a value of $1500 - $2000.
What
is your refund policy?
Although we know you will be delighted with your vacation accommodation
certificates, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will
immediately work to resolve your issues or offer you a full refund.
We ask that if you would like a refund that you return all accommodation
certificates within 30 days of receiving them. Once we receive
the certificates we will issue a full refund to the card you originally
placed the order on. Our customer service department may be reached

When and how will I receive my order?
We offer three ways to order your products. The first is through
our website and it is the fastest way to expedite shipping of
your product. Once you place your order your product will ship
by US mail within 48 hours. Generally shipping time is 7-14 days
depending upon which province you are located in. You may also
mail your order in to our office or call our customer service
center at 800-593-3799.
